We offer free and confidential information, support and counselling services for young people aged 25 and under in the Tees Valley region.
We deliver a Young Carers’ Projects in Redcar & Cleveland. The projects provide practical, social and emotional support to children and young people aged 5 – 18 who take or share responsibility for the care of another family member. We also offer support to the family of the young carer.
We run a Mental Health Support Service where people can talk through their feelings and prepare for life’s challenges.
Our Counselling Service is where you can talk to a trained person about something which is on your mind or is a problem to you.
We also provide an Information & Support Service where people can access information around a number of issues including accommodation, benefits, education & training, drug and alcohol problems, employment and debt.
