Meeting Rooms

The Junction has the use of meeting rooms for professionals to access. The rooms can be hired for £10 per hour however block bookings maybe subject to a discount. We offer the use of a one-to-one small meeting room which can hold up to three people comfortably. Currently organisations use this room for counselling sessions and more formal one-to-one meetings. The room can be equipment with a laptop at an additional charge.

We also offer a larger meeting room that can seat 12 people comfortably. The room fully complies with disability regulations and is very versatile in its use.  The room can be tailored to your needs with desks removed and replaced by a sofa area or computers added to create a PC lounge. The room benefits from a new flat screen TV which can be connected to any PC and is idea for group activities. Currently the room is used for job searches, board meetings, young carers group sessions including use of the Nintendo Wii and training larger groups. The room connects to a kitchen which can serve hot and cold drinks for a small additional charge.

Hot Desking

The Junction has recently converted its unused attic space into two offices which can comfortably home 4 people each. One room is being utilised by a mental health organisation and the other is set-up for either hiring as a complete package or by hot-desk arrangements. Each desk can be fitted with a PC with internet access and telephone with a unique number. Prices are variable so if you are interested please contact Jamie Noble or Lawrence McAnelly for a chat.
